Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

There are some situations where in our absolute discretion only partial refunds may be granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact the company that issued the credit card, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Items on sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items on sale cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it with the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address that will be indicated by email
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver had the order shipped to himself to gift it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping and returns
To return the product, you must send the product to the address indicated by email
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you can vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
